OUT OF THIS LIFE
Out of this life I shall never take
Things of silver and gold I make, All that I cherish and hoard away
After I leave on earth must stay.
Though I have toiled for a painting rare To hang on my wall, I must leave it there.
Though I call it mine and boast its worth,
I must give it up when 1 quit this earth.
All that I gather and all that I keep,
I must leave behind when I fall asleep.
And I wonder, often, just what shall I own
In that other life when I pass alone. What shall He find and what shall He
see
In that soul that answers the call for me:
Shall the great Judge learn, when my task is through
That my soul had gathered some riches, too?
Or shall at the last, it be mine to find,
That all I had worked for I had left behind.

2. Dignify his position—Title “Our Minister of Education and Music” Mr. Hausser.
3. Make him feel important.
4. Criticize him face to face in privately (tell him not others).
5. kelp build good relations with pastor and our minister of education and music. (They are a team working tqgether).
6. Give public recognition of his ministry.
7. Work with him and help in every way possible.
8. Help him to build good fellowship with workers.
9. Give him privilege of choosing friends.
10. Pray for him and his family daily, and give every encouragement.
11. Do not try to enlist his wife to take a great load of responsibility. He can get her to work where she is needed most She will do her share of service. (Remember his wife is not a paid worker in the church. She will have her family to see after and aid her husband).
12. In all things we are serving our Christ in love in His church. “In all things have the mind and spirit of Christ.”
Our minister of education and music will work closely with our pastor to help our church grow and win the lost.
